Return & Refund Policy
We offer an easy return policy because we want you to love the products. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the purchase you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
- The item must be unused and returned with the original condition
- When the customer purchases the wrong product, changes his/her mind or no longer wants the item, the actual cost of return delivery is for the customer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For any other reason such as faulty, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, we take full responsibility and cover the return shipping cost, offer a replacement or give a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
- We don't charge any restocking fee.
How to request a return
Contact us at mail@aroselle.com with your order number.
We'll provide the return address.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
- Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as per the instructions in the return authorization email.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Exchanges
Would you like to change for a different size, color, or product?
